10. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once you enroll in a course or webinar and make payment, refunds may be available under the following conditions:
    a) If ACMT cancels or reschedules significantly, then you may opt for a full refund or credit
  • No refunds will be offered once the Content has been accessed or after the start of the webinar/course, unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved by courts located in Jaipur, Raj., and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver by ACMT of any right under these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any other right, nor shall ACMT’s delay in enforcing any right constitute a waiver.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ACMT with respect to your use of the Website and Content, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, or proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and ACMT.
